Tim developed his Inviting Formula based on his many years of experience in MLM. There are six steps beginning with the "Greeting" ... and it's more than just saying "hello." At this stage you want to develop enough of a rapport with your prospects that they'll open up to you.

The other steps are Qualify – Invite – Handle any Objections – Close to Action – Follow Up. But having a formula is only half the battle. Just like Domino's and Toyota, you need to perfect your formula too.

Okay, now let's continue your MLM training as Tim describes how you can use the Inviting Formula in your conversation with prospects.


Yes, there are good ways to communicate and there are bad ways. Sometimes the bad ways are so subtle or so much a habit, we don't even realize they exist.

Through extensive research Tim has determined there are 10 communication qualities professional network marketers must master to keep their prospects receptive, interested, focused and agreeable. Ignoring even one of these communication qualities can seriously impair your ability to close a deal.

Now back to Tim as he gives you some important questions to qualify your prospect and discover his needs, wants and don't wants. Notice that Tim doesn't interrogate his prospect. It's just a natural, free-flowing conversation.

Even though Tim was working toward selling a product, he didn't come right out and sell his supplements. What he did do is tell his prospect he'd done research, which instantly adds credibility to his choice of supplements.

Next Tim offered to show the prospect HIS supplements. He's still not selling. He's just paving the way to a sale by offering the prospect a look at the supplements he uses.

Nobody likes to be sold to. We do like to have people share information with us.

One of the great advantages of having Tim as a mentor is that he doesn't just give you textbook information. In this audio you benefit by being sort of a fly on the wall as Tim explains his product and opportunity to his prospect.

Now we're going to go off on a little tangent here. This next audio clip is important, especially if you've ever had a customer (a relative or friend) who doesn't want you to make a profit on sales to them.

So keep all that in mind the next time someone wants you to sell wholesale to them.

Now let's tackle the move from selling the product to selling the business. Remember that Tim already has said that moving immediately to the business aspect from the product aspect doesn't work too well. Here's a solution that works like gangbusters.
